The proposed Facilities Management Building at Edge Hill University will provide a holistic base to house the FM team, which serves the campus daily. The design will have minimal heating and cooling demands, using low embodied energy, renewable sources and passive ventilation. The proposal will also house the new IT infrastructure for the existing and future campus as it develops in the coming years. Work is due to commence on site mid December 09.
