Work on the new spa and swimming pool has commenced on site. The build is progressing at a fast pace, with main pool concrete tanks being completed and steel frame starting next week. The timber Crib lock interlocking retaining wall has been constructed to the rear of the building and works to the inside of the existing Grade II Listed stable block has also started with the new first floor structure constructed and the first fix M&E well under way.
We have been given the green light to proceed with a scheme to adapt an existing health club into a place of worship for Elim Pentecostal Church. The project was reported in the Southport Visiter last Friday (See here). The article also mentioned our recent Floral Hall Garden hotel scheme, describing it as “stunning”.
