NJSR’s scheme at Mere Golf Resport and Spa is now complete and trading. NJSR designed the previous extension and atrium built in the 1990s and have been working on this current project for a number of years due to the highly complex planning consent etc.

NJSR provided architectural and CDMC services from inception to completion.

DW Sports near Speke Airport in Liverpool is the latest Fitness Club that we have designed for the company. It involved the conversion of a former bingo hall and includes the provision of a swimming pool, as well as a state of the art gym & exercise studios and shop. The construction involved significant alterations to the existing building fabric, including all of the ground works associated with the new pool. The Health Club is also the company’s first to be built with a new energy saving program in mind. With over 22,000 sq ft of space, the club is one of the company’s largest to date, but it was successfully delivered  on time by contractor McCue Fit in a short 24 week contract period to meet the crucial New Year’s opening date.
